Alteration of deposit and public auction[2012-04-28 17:35:15]
In order to effectively control the phenomenon that a seller bid for his own domain names on auction and maintain justice as well as the benefit of all 4.cn members, we now determine after careful consideration to make alterations of auction deposit and regulation of sending an offer to public auction:
1. Auction deposit for sellers is increased from 200 RMB to 400 RMB.
2. A seller has the option to send an offer to public auction only if the offer he receives is equal to or more than 1,000 RMB.
This alteration takes effect today. 4.cn reserves the right to interpret this alternation.
